ADMISSION

To subscribe your child in our school, the following procedure is employed:

Visiting hours:
Monday to Friday (except Wednesday):
Morning: 9am - 11am,
Afternoon: 2pm - 4pm



DURING YOUR VISIT:
Discovery of the school: you will visit the premises and discover the educational environment of our establishment.
Educational presentation: our team will present our educational project and answer all your questions.
Submission of the registration file: you will receive a complete file to fill out.



FOR PARENTS LIVING ABROAD:
Visit by a relative: if you cannot travel, a member of your family or a friend can come and visit the school in your place.
You can download the registration file from the "documents" section.



COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION FILE:
The complete file must include:
Application form;
Enrollment contract;
Authorisation to collect children;
Authorisation to take part in school outings;
Medical information;
A document certifying that the child has received all the vaccinations for his/her age or a medical certificate justifying the absence of vaccination;
report any known allergies (provide a PAI- Individualised Reception Plan) ... etc. (copy of the vaccination certificate);
Authorisation for surgical treatment;
A photocopy of the child's family record book or birth certificate or any other document proving his/her identity or affiliation;
Proof of residence (less than 3 months);
Bank Identity Statement (RIB);

A certificate of individual civil liability insurance for the school year (no later than the first day of school);
For new students already enrolled in another school, a copy of the latest school report and the decision to move up to the next year.
Only complete files will be considered.
Please return the completed file by mail, including the registration fees, which can preferably be paid by check or bank transfer. A receipt will be given to you.
Files are processed in order of arrival. Former students have priority for reenrollment until December 15th. Places for new students are allocated from January.
To confirm your child's enrollment, you will receive an invoice for the first term tuition to be paid before the end of April. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you a confirmation containing all relevant information relating to the school year (school calendar, list of supplies, etc.).
If your child is accepted on the waiting list, the school will inform you as soon as a place becomes available.
