Primary School

Primary school is your child's first real entry into the academic world.

At La Petite École Bilingue – Stewart International School, your child will learn essential skills such as reading, writing, and arithmetic. Our school welcomes children from Year 2 (CP) to Year 6 (CM2) from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and on Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Truly bilingual education is provided, with half of the instruction in French and the other half in English. Our teachers and instructors are native speakers and certified professionals.

Our programs comply with the official guidelines of the French National Education system and the British "National Curriculum," incorporating cultural disciplines such as Visual Arts, Theater, Music, Chess, and Sports.

Every evening, children can stay for homework club in French or English, followed by daycare or participate in evening workshops. (See the page on extracurricular workshops).

Library

Our library offers a varied selection of books available for weekly loans. Together with the teachers, the librarian guides the children in selecting books and reads them stories. Our pupils soon become familiar with the sounds and rhythms of the words and develop an early interest in following a story. As a result, reading becomes a pleasure. This initiation into discovering literary texts constitutes an irreplaceable pillar of their creative development.
